THE RESTAURANT'S ROOMS ARE DISTRIBUTED IN 3 DIFFERENT ENVIRONMENTS, THUS OFFERING GUESTS THE OPPORTUNITY TO ENJOY THE PLEASURES OF THE TABLE IN ABSOLUTE TRANQUILITY.
OR IN THE MOST PLEASANT SEASONS INSIDE THE ADJACENT GARDEN UNDER A BEAUTIFUL PERGOLA.
The kitchen offers traditional dishes, revisited in a Gourmet key, which vary according to the rhythm of the seasons: to the "classic" dishes of the Langhe cuisine such as ravioli al plin, braised meats and stews, tajarin with fresh eggs produced by our hens , raw meat beaten with a knife and traditional pudding, are flanked by more creative dishes, however always linked to the seasonal availability of a generous and rich territory such as that of the Langhe.
From our garden come vegetables, fruits, and aromatic herbs grown organically, with first fruits such as the hunchback thistle of Nizza, the leek of Cervere and the square pepper of Carmagnola.
The truffles and mushrooms that garnish the restaurant's dishes come from our woods adjacent to the Agriturismo San Martino.
There is a frequent presence of dishes from ancient traditions: veal with tuna sauce in the ancient way, minestrone, "bagnet verd", Piedmontese fillings, summer or winter capunets and many others.
Of course, the main ingredient of the desserts is hazelnut, produced in our hazelnut groves.
